After a inital phone call, I'll visit your Spa and carry out a starting assessment.
Normally I’ll work with your Spa Manager to improve the business, so that we’re all on the same team.
How often I visit and how much time it will take depends entirely on the starting point and what you want to achieve.
During the initial assessment I can look at one or all of the following depending on your requirements;
Occupancy rates
Treatment times, prices and cost
Staffing levels
Achievable revenue based on staffing and your prices per hour
Turnover and profit comparisons and bench-marking
Standard of your rooms, equipment and overall appearance
Your Customer Journey
Your software
Marketing reminders, follow up, general email marketing
Brand support and special events.
Specific Projects which I can work on with your manager and team include:
New booking software implementation and/or better programming of services with your software
Price guide for all services based on cost analysis and implementation of prices
Customer journey analysis and recommendations
Partnerships with 3rd parties such as Spa Seekers, and package recommendations
If your Spa needs more intervention, I recommend starting with a 3 month committment. My aim is to;
Get a full understanding of your Spa financial and operational performance
Look at all the areas from my initial assessment, and devise a strategy of improvement over 3 months.
After agreeing the strategy, implement changes along with your manager and team.
Ensure the processes remain and are repeatable
